“I don’t know if it’s connected.”
Millions live with this list. And almost no one gets an answer.
Many are still told “there’s nothing there”. We are the network that sees the whole person and makes the often overlooked connection with the jaw system easy to understand.
Why we exist
Headaches, migraine, jaw pain, tinnitus, dizziness, neck and back pain, unrefreshing sleep: different as these symptoms may seem, they often remain without a clear diagnosis.
The jaw system is connected to the head, ear, balance and posture via nerve and muscle pathways. That is why seemingly unrelated symptoms may be connected, a possible common denominator that is often overlooked in the search for the cause.
We educate and connect; we do not treat, and we promise no cure. We present connections as a possibility, not as a proven cause.

Start the self-test nowWhat we are here for
Many people affected search for years without ever having heard of the connection. We want them to find it sooner, and as many people as possible to know about it at all.
There is a way. We show what options there are, connect you with people in the same situation, and use the support fund to help where an assessment would otherwise fail for lack of money.
Help for people affected →Your symptoms are real. The self-test and clear information on CMD systems medicine (CMD = craniomandibular dysfunction) show what could be connected and what the next sensible step is. And we support research, so that observation becomes reliable knowledge. No diagnosis, but a step out of feeling at a loss.
Understanding CMD & scoliosis →So that there are more places to turn to. Structured CME courses and a study group for doctors, dentists and therapists. The more professionals recognise the connection, the shorter the path becomes for people affected.
For healthcare professionals →The approach
A conceptual model that understands the body as an interconnected regulatory system, with the jaw system as an important point of control and balance.
Rather than looking at individual symptoms in isolation, CMD systems medicine asks about the interplay across the “floors” of the body, from the head and jaw via the neck down to posture. The association shares this knowledge neutrally and independently.
This perspective gives rise to CMD regulatory therapy and CMD systems therapy: treatment approaches that focus on the system rather than on individual symptoms. We explain clearly what the three terms mean on the “Understanding” page.
